Lockdown support for parents

Whether you’re working from home with your child or supporting children with anxiety due to coronavirus, NSPCC have got tips and advice for you…. 

Online safety: Home Activity packs. Each fortnight, Think U Know will be releasing new home activity packs with simple 15 minute activities you can do with your child to support their online safety at a time when they will spending more time online at home.

Staying Calm:  There are lots of ways to feel calmer.  Its about finding out what works for you.  Try some of the breathing exercises, activities, games and videos to help let go of stress. Visit the Childline Calm Zone.
